60 day grace period extension retroactive to March 1, 2020. Carrier will reassess position as of May 2020.
Coverage Available to Laid Off Employees
An employee, actively at work 30 hours or more as of 3/1/20 who is laid off due to the COVID-19 situation may remain on the plan from 3/16/20 through 5/31/20 as long as premium payments continue to be made.
Employees Who Have a Reduction in Hours
An employee, who has a reduced in hours due to the COVID-19 situation may remain on the plan from 3/16/20 through 5/31/20 as long as premium payments continue to be made.
