As of May 1, 2020 the grace period for premium payment has been extended to 90 days.
Coverage Available to Laid Off Employees
Laid off employees who remain active in the group and for whom premium is paid may remain on the plan.
Waiver of Waiting Period if EEs Return from Layoff
Delta Dental will waive the waiting period for members laid off and rehired within 6 months by the same employer.
